We went to a Belts store in tupelo,ms they had a sign saying 50 percent off of the current ticketed price but when we got to the register they told us it was only 30 percent the manager on duty Chris Haley said it was 50 percent off the red clearance tag but once he realized how much we had he change it to 30 percent. He raised his voice to my wife and told her if she didn't want it then don't buy it but refused to change it.

We spend hundreds of dollars a year there but we will not be back all it would have taken was him to be a little nicer .

He told us his sign was wrong and he could not honor the sign . Sometimes people need to be treated nicer as a manager of a retail company myself I would never treat anyone this way and the employees should be trained better on being courteous to customers they are why they have jobs

It could have been placed on the wrong rack by another customer. Have you thought of that.

Also you are CHOOSING to spend your money on the product the store carries.

You are not entitled to whatever you want just because you spend money there. Think about it
