Need to change my email address

Im trying to get hold of customer service and no one answered my call. This is ridiculous. Why cant we talk with a live person when we call with a problem? You should make it easier for people to speak with a live person.

Your return program, it just sucks. I have tried to call all these phone numbers. I just wanted to talk to human. One of the number was just trying to sell me all kinds of junk. I cant believe that they just dont have phone options. After day 8 got human he said he was going to send the information to my email. He did not so I called the next day and this manager said I should wait 3 days. Still was not there. 2 weeks of lies

CS Daniel said he could not find orders for two of the boots Wet package isnt Belks fault since all items in box were soaked I am not washing a gift and told me to complain to FedEx which I had done already as well as a complaint to Belk. I will take them to local BelkI am disabled so that is why I ordered but I will make local store make it right when it was not their fault!

Purchased bilmore down that had been used!

Purchased biltmore down Friday night was dark chocolate on the down and it didnt smell like new when I removed from slip cover out no wasnt folded probablyused ears iching .am still experimenting.on going.Rainng heavy Saturday returned saturday departed 4:30.was disgusting!! I have never experienced anything like this.

Charge not mine

I have a debit charge from Belk on my checking account. You do NOT have my checking info and I do NOT have a debit card. You couldnt possibly have my info so it must be someone elses. I want the credit back

I recently visited your Ocala store. I stood in a long line after searching through a unmanned man shoe department.

It was finally my turn.

As I walked up to the register the cashier asked me to hold on.

And walk over to a guest that was not in line that asked if there was a price checker. She left me in line ready to pay to help someone that was not in line download a price checker app.

I don't know the for certain but I am sure it was because my skin has a lot of melanin and the guest she elected to services had none.

I walked out without purchasing the shoes for my husband.

I walked a few doors down to Buckles and purchased my husband Christmas gifts.

Possible fraud

I have received an email request to fill out a survey about my visit to a store in Morristown, TN, on 12/9/2022..

I have never been to Morristown, TN, and I have not ordered, nor purchased anything from Belk on 12/9/22 or any other day in recent history.

I've made three calls, none of which have connected me to someone who can find out what this is about, or whether there was a transaction in my name today, and if so, what it was and how was it paid for.

At the very least, Belk should publish a legitimate phone number for reporting fraud, but I find nothing of the sort on line.

I'd be happy to send you a screenshot of said email.

The website description of my item says Forever New featuring Swarovski Zirconia Rainbow Pear Cubic Zirconia Huggins Earrings in 14 Gold Plated Sterling Silver and the original price is $108.00. When I received the earrings, the backing described the earrings as Sterling Silver & 14KT Gold Plated Simulated Gemstones. It does not mention Swarovski anywhere on the card. The card listed the price as $30.00 on the front, and on the back it says to Find more at Walmart.com. You can see all of the above descriptions in the pictures I have included below. Thank you, Mary

Preferred solution: I would like the discount price off of the $30.00 price that is listed on the card and not the $108.00 price that is listed on the website. Belk need to update the listing so it is not false advertising.
